Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Payment is collected at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order window closes. Refunds for cancellations made after the window closes are at the discretion of the store.

Pickup & Delivery

It is your responsibility to collect your order at the designated pickup location and time. Uncollected orders are not eligible for a refund.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
